Once you are a tenant, we want to assure you that we will maintain the property and your unit.
Owner Services
We provide comprehensive property management services including marketing of your property, tenant screening, leasing services, rental collections, property inspections, repairs and maintenance, monthly accounting reports and payment of operating expenses, including general excise tax filing.
